EPCeviaTM Omega provides all-natural, gently-tasting, zero-calorie and high sweetness. EPCeviaTM Omega can be used in the application areas with high SE (Sugar Equivalence) value and demand for gently-tasting feeling. With EPCeviaTM Omega, full sugar reduction in Cola and other beverages (up to 12 % SE) becomes possible.

EPCeviaTM Omega can present sweetness very quickly, its taste expression rate is very close to that of sugar.

2)Fructose-like taste in Cola
High fructose corn syrup is widely used in Coca-Cola, Pepsi Cola and Royal Crown. The taste profile of EPCeviaTM Omega is similar to fructose thus can easily be used in Cola.

EPCeviaTM Dual can provide much less bitterness lingering compared to common stevia extract, such as Reb A 97.

The extraction of EPCeviaTM Omega from stevia leaves complies with the methods of the COMMISSION REGULATION (EU) No. 231/2012. EPC’s proprietary technology enables to isolate RebA from other components resulting in eliminating off-taste. Therefore EPCeviaTM Pure can be labeled in EU as “Sweetener: Steviol glycosides” or “Sweetener: E960”.
