1) Sweetening with stevia is much more complicated than sweetening with any other high intensive sweetener;
2) Formulation is taste/flavor specific, and highly depends on the composition of the product;
3) In many cases stevia sweeteners can not be used as a sole sweetening ingredient, and application will require use of bulk sweeteners such as sucrose or fructose and also masking and flavoring agents;
4) Technical support is essential, stevia is not a common sweetener.
